Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order if:
- The incorrect item was supplied.
- The product arrived damaged during shipping.
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
The product must:
- Be unused.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include all supplied components and accessories.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-refundable unless defective or incorrectly supplied:
- Custom forged wheels
- Carbon fibre steering wheels
- Body kits
- Carbon fibre components
- Special-order products
- Imported products ordered specifically for a customer
- Electronic products that have been installed
- Clearance or sale items

Change of Mind
As many of our products are imported or manufactured to customer specifications, we cannot accept returns due to:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the incorrect product
- Incorrect vehicle specification supplied by the customer
- No longer wanting the product
Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before placing an order.

Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 48 hours.
- Email photographs of:
- Packaging
- Shipping label
- Damaged product
- Do not install the item.
We will assess the claim and arrange replacement where applicable.

Manufacturing Defects
Products with genuine manufacturing defects may be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion after inspection.
Damage caused by:
- Incorrect installation
- Accidents
- Abuse
- Modifications
- Normal wear and tear
is not covered.

Warranty
Warranty periods vary depending on the manufacturer.
Unless otherwise specified, products are covered only against manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover:
- Labour costs
- Installation costs
- Vehicle downtime
- Paintwork
- Shipping costs

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for funds to reflect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Carbon Technik Performance.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered production or been dispatched.
Special-order and custom-manufactured products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
